Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design and documentation for land, urban and subdivision projects across public and private sectors. You will manage multidisciplinary teams from concept to delivery and interface with clients and stakeholders in a regional portfolio.

The role supports a flexible office network including St Leonards, Nowra, and Wollongong, with a strong emphasis on project management, technical reporting and client development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
• Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Experience with urban, land and subdivisions works.
• Knowledge of design, modelling and construction technologies.
• Project management skills and report writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design and coordination of land, urban and subdivision projects from feasibility to construction.
• Project management of design elements from concept through delivery.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects.
• Manage projects including scheduling and budgets.
• Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
• Undertake and manage site inspections.
• Develop Stantec knowledge in civil engineering planning, design, construction.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, support business development.
