Dalys Constructions (Aust) in Laverton North VIC seeks Civil Workers to join a growing team. Roles involve underground conduit installation, power cable hauling and general civil works across varied projects. Strong safety focus and team collaboration are essential.

The positions are full-time and permanent, offering a 36-hour week over a 9-day fortnight with multiple overtime opportunities and ongoing training. Family-friendly environment and modern equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Experience in civil, electrical or other utility works is highly regarded.
• Construction induction (White Card) and relevant machine tickets are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and complete tasks as part of the work crew under supervision.
• Install underground electrical conduits, pits, structures and civil tasks.
• Install underground power cables (cable hauling) and assist with jointing/terminating works.
• Perform general civil construction tasks including trenching, earthworks, concreting, asphalting.
• Operate plant and equipment safely and in accordance with policies.
• Maintain safety and environmental controls on site.
• Available for out-of-hours work as needed.
