Global TeamUps, on behalf of a client, seeks an experienced earthmoving equipment operator for ongoing civil construction work across Newcastle and Hunter regions. The role suits someone seeking long-term employment with a strong safety record and positive teamwork.

Requirements include at least 3 years civil earthmoving experience, Certificate III, White Card, and a NSW heavy vehicle license. Above‑award pay is negotiated within $35–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years civil earthmoving experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures.
• Ability to read plans and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for excavation, trenching, bulk earthworks, loading and site prep.
• Read and interpret plans/diagrams and site instructions; perform daily inspections and report faults.
• Work safely around other machinery, workers and underground services; follow WHS procedures and coordinate with supervisors.
