Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Driver Labourer in Hornsby for a Local Government role. You will drive MR/HR vehicles and perform hands-on civil works across roads, footpaths, drainage and maintenance projects.

The position offers a stable Local Government environment with a 9-day fortnight option and a temp-to-perm pathway. The role combines driving duties with practical labouring in a supportive crew.

Qualifications

• Current MR or HR Driver's Licence; HR preferred.
• Previous civil construction, roadworks or infrastructure experience.
• Experience driving MR/HR vehicles in a civil environment.
• White Card.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Front End Loader ticket highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive MR/HR trucks, including water carts and 8-tonne tippers.
• Road and footpath construction and repairs.
• Asphalt and concreting works.
• Drainage maintenance and clearing.
• Formwork and general civil construction.
• Use power tools and civil equipment.
• General labouring and supporting the civil crew.
