Job summary

Persol is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of consultancy experience to take ownership of civil design packages across NSW projects. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams from initial design through to documentation and delivery.

You will lead civil and stormwater design, undertake modelling and flood studies, and coordinate with clients and authorities to ensure compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years' consultancy experience in civil engineering.
Proven experience delivering civil and stormwater designs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver civil and stormwater design packages across commercial and industrial developments.
Undertake civil design, modelling and analysis for medium to large-scale projects.
Assist senior engineers on major projects and coordinate with drafting and project management teams.
Prepare flood studies and undertake flood modelling and analysis.
Develop earthworks, site grading and pavement designs.
Liaise with clients, councils, authorities and external consultants throughout project delivery.
