Programmed has exciting opportunities in the Mackay region QLD for Civil Construction Traineeships specialising in Bridge and Road Construction and Maintenance.
Throughout the traineeships you will be hosted with a major Civil Construction company, RoadTek whom provide excellent mentoring, training and encourages teamwork and innovation within their business. RoadTek provides transport infrastructure solutions throughout Queensland as a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
Whilst engaged as a construction trainee you will be required to work outdoors and at times in a challenging environment being hot, dirty and dusty, rotating day/night shift on a roster basis. Working in Civil construction can be a physically demanding industry so it is essential you can meet these requirements before applying for these positions. Excellent above award pay rate with potentially overtime penalty rates.
