Job summary

Pave WA, a Western Australian civil construction company, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee civil projects in Balcatta (6021). You will coordinate planning, cost control, scheduling and safety, working with clients, engineers and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant PM experience in civil construction.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement & contracts.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans for projects.
• Oversee contract administration and variations.
• Lead site teams and coordinate stakeholders to meet milestones.
