Job summary

City of Adelaide is seeking a Manager, City Maintenance to lead Trades, Workshop and Facilities Services and Infrastructure Maintenance across Adelaide. You will oversee a large operational workforce, manage contracts and budgets, and deliver maintenance programs that keep public infrastructure safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven leadership at senior management level with ability to develop capability and performance.
• Experience in managing significant complex departmental budgets across capital, operating and cost recovery.
• Strong change management skills to drive strategies, projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent customer service and ability to liaise with the public and community groups.
• Ability to plan and deliver maintenance programs and guide service delivery improvements.
