Job summary

Event Cinemas Springfield, part of EVT Group, is inviting expressions of interest for junior team members aged 14 to 20 who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is an entry-level role at our Orion Springfield Central precinct, where you’ll join a frontline team creating memorable moments for guests every day.

Responsibilities include helping guests choose movies and snacks, delivering friendly service, and contributing to a smooth Gold Class experience.

• Your availability to work shifts. Our cinema operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods. Team members are expected to be available to work across these trading hours as required. School holiday availability is essential.
• Any relevant skills, experience, or certifications, including Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
