Job summary

EVT is seeking a Cinema Employee Level 1 to support cinema operations with customer-focused service and presentation duties. You will assist customers, handle basic tasks, and contribute to smooth daily operations under supervision.

Role requires basic maths and English, with RSA certification as required. Training will cover safety, product knowledge, and standard operating procedures to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
• Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation.
• Stock replenishment in accordance with merchandising planogram.
• Conduct ticket checks and assist customers, ensuring comfort remains a priority.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Attend mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT and adhere to WHS practices.
