Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience at Cinema Employee Level 2.
• Competent in basic Maths and English.
• Competent in all Front Of House (FOH) departments.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Continuously delivering customer service at a high standard within a cinema department.
• Addressing customer feedback promptly while maintaining positive experiences.
• Provide supervision and training to Level 1 and 2 staff in the designated area.
• Direct and coach team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Allocate tasks to 4+ Level 1/2 employees and ensure timely execution.
• Support campaigns relevant to the designated area and assist opening/closing procedures.
