Job summary

EVT Group's cinema in Sydney is seeking a Cinema Employee Level 2 to provide outstanding customer service, support daily operations, and ensure the highest standard of experience for patrons.

You will work under supervision, handle opening/closing tasks, assist with campaigns, tickets, concessions, and maintain clean, safe venues while following WHS policies and contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Competent in basic Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standard customer service to cinema patrons.
• Assist with opening, closing and shift-change procedures.
• Support cinema campaigns and promotions as directed.
• Operate ticketing and concessions where required with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cinema and amenities.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
• Assist team members to ensure a cooperative work environment.
• Report issues with cinema assets and facilities to the supervisor.
