Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd seeks an EL1 Tech Lead – Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) in Melbourne to lead hands-on software engineering, design and implementation of CIAM solutions. You will mentor engineers, review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive best practices while coordinating with NDIA stakeholders for system integrations.

You will guide estimation, plan delivery, and foster innovation using emerging technologies and AI to solve advanced CIAM challenges.
