Job summary

Skechers Australia is seeking friendly, driven Christmas casual team members to welcome customers, help them find their perfect pair and keep the store looking great.

You'll join a fast-paced, team-focused environment and contribute to delivering standout customer experiences, meeting sales goals and maintaining brand standards.

Availability October to mid-January 2027, especially weekends and peak shopping days, is required; prior retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027 - especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
