Job summary

Skechers Australia is hiring Christmas casual team members to join our stores in Victoria. You’ll welcome customers, help them find the perfect pair, and keep the store looking great while delivering a standout customer experience.

We’re looking for friendly, driven individuals with great communication and a team-first mindset. Full availability from October to mid-January 2027 is preferred, especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Full availability October to mid-January 2027 – weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation.
