Job summary

Skechers Australia in Ballarat is seeking Christmas casual team members to join our store. You will welcome customers, help them find their perfect pair, and keep the store looking sharp during the busy peak season.

We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals with great communication and a team-first mindset who can work weekends and late nights from October to January 2027. Prior retail experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet shoppers.
• Help customers find products and drive sales.
• Maintain store presentation to brand standards.

You'll be the face of the brand - welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You'll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027 - especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
