Skechers Australia is seeking a Christmas Sales Assistant for the Albury Outlet. Join us to welcome customers, help them find their perfect pair, and keep the store looking sharp during the peak festive period.

You’ll be a front-line ambassador, supporting sales, merchandising, and stock handling while contributing to a positive, energetic team culture throughout October to mid-January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible with weekend, late night shifts during peak season.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers!If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
