Job summary

Skechers Australia in Sunshine Plaza is seeking Christmas casual team members to greet customers, help them find the perfect pair, and keep the store looking sharp. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a standout customer experience during the bustling holiday period.

Key duties include serving customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising, and assisting with stock and stock replenishment. Weekend, late-night, and holiday shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
