Job summary

Skechers Australia is seeking friendly Christmas casual team members to join our store in New South Wales. You will greet customers, help them find their perfect sneaker, and keep the shop looking its best.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, with opportunities to learn, earn team discounts, and grow within Accent Group. Availability October through January 2027, including peak periods like Black Friday and New Year’s Eve, is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Full availability from Oct to mid-Jan 2027, including weekends and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right products.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to drive sales.
• Maintain in-store presentation to brand standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and shelf replenishment.
• Support a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers!If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
• Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and retail
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Full availability from October to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
