Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking enthusiastic Christmas casuals to deliver a great experience during our peak season. This is an excellent chance to gain retail experience, work with a supportive team, and make a real impact.

You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers find gifts and adventure gear, assist at the register, restock, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic team players with a love for customer service.
• Excellent communicator able to thrive in busy retail environments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find gifts and gear.
• Assist at the register and ensure smooth transactions.
• Restock and merchandise to keep the store fresh.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store.
• Support across departments as needed.
