Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is hiring Retail Team Members to join during the peak festive trading period. You’ll help customers quickly and courteously, assist with gift ideas and home décor, and stay flexible as events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day drive demand.

You’ll join a busy team with opportunities for ongoing roles post-Christmas for strong performers. Weekend, late-night, and extended trading hours may be required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to adapt to busy, peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time.
• Help shoppers find gifts, decorating and celebration products.
• Stay organized and adaptable during peak trading events (Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day).
• Contribute to sales and support team targets.
• Work across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
