Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is hiring Christmas casuals to help deliver a great shopping experience during the busiest season. You’ll work with a fun, energetic team and gain valuable retail experience while supporting customers with gifts and adventure gear.

We offer training, generous staff discounts, and flexible rosters to suit after-school hours, weekends and late-night trading, with a pathway for ongoing work beyond Christmas for some team members.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic team players with a love for the outdoors.
• Great communicators who can thrive in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Helping customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear.
• Assisting at the register and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting across various departments as needed
