Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is recruiting Christmas casuals to deliver a great in-store experience across Australia’s outdoor brands. You’ll help customers discover gifts and adventure gear, process transactions, and keep shelves stocked in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required—training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team that offers generous staff discounts and flexible rosters for after-school, weekends, and late trading.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability – late nights, weekends, and public holidays included
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – training provided

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Helping customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear
• Assisting at the register and ensuring smooth transactions
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting across various departments as needed
