Covenant Christian School in the Australian Capital Territory invites an experienced Preschool Director to commence on 20 January 2027. The role is full-time (with teaching load) or negotiable without.

You will provide strategic leadership and oversee EYLF and NQF compliance, staff recruitment and development, health and safety, and positive engagement with families, all within a Christ-centred learning community that reflects the School’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early childhood education programs.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Active Christian faith and church involvement.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the preschool.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with EYLF/NQF and health and safety standards.
• Recruit, mentor and develop staff; oversee budgeting and family engagement.
• Collaborate with Covenant Christian School to align with vision.
