Anglo American is seeking a safety-focused CHPP Electrical Supervisor to join Capcoal Mine in Middlemount, QLD. You will coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to complete electrical maintenance within the CHPP, reporting to the Electrical Superintendent and ensuring work aligns with safety and statutory obligations.

Formación

• Electrical trade qualification with minimum 5 years post-trade experience.
• Queensland Electrical Licence.
• Experience leading teams or supervision is advantageous.
• Strong safety systems knowledge and computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate personnel, equipment and resources for electrical maintenance within the CHPP.
• Ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance complies with safety and statutory obligations.
• Lead and develop teams including apprentices and drive performance improvements.
