Job summary

The Australian Girls Choir in Sydney seeks enthusiastic Choral Tutors and Assistant Tutors to join our team in 2027. Regular casual work across nine rehearsal venues in Kellyville, Waverley, Chatswood, Haberfield, North Parramatta, North Ryde, St Ives, Beecroft, and Castle Hill.

We welcome educators, performers, students, and those seeking a role that complements other work. You’ll lead weekly classes for choristers aged 5–11 and may take on additional remunerated opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in music, performing arts and/or education.
• Availability to commit to weekly classes during school terms.
• Working with Children Check and a driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging weekly classes for choristers and create a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to a supportive and inspiring atmosphere for young performers.
• Opportunity to participate in additional remunerated engagements as available.
