Job summary

WorkPac is hiring for an on-site timber worker in Gum Scrub, NSW (near Port Macquarie). Immediate Start is offered, with a rotating roster.

You will operate a chipping machine, load off-cuts, set up a safe worksite, perform site clean-up and safety checks, and carry out light ground cutting with a chainsaw. You must be physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading Australian timber manufacturer and supplier, proudly supporting the construction and building industries with high-quality timber products.

Roster:

Week 1: Monday Thursday 7am 4.30pm, Friday 7.00am 1.15pm

Week 2: Monday Thursday 7am 4.30pm, Friday off

What you will be doing:

• Operating a chipping machine
• Manually loading chipping machine with off cuts
• Setting up a safe worksite
• Site clean-up & Safety observing
• Ground cutting using a chainsaw
