CS UK Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Dual Registered Manager for two children’s homes in the Camden area of London. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe, and child-centered care, with strong safeguarding leadership and staff development.

You will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Salary ranges from £55,120 to £68,320 per annum DOE, with a monthly pay frequency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People is required.
• 2–3 years of management experience leading staff teams.
• Strong communication, professionalism and resilience in a safeguarding context.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, safe and nurturing care across two children’s homes.
• Hold overall accountability for safeguarding and promoting welfare.
• Provide strong leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safeguarding systems, staffing, risk assessments and multi-agency work.
• Ensure care plans and procedures are implemented effectively.
