Job summary

Maranatha Gunyah Intergenerational Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children throughout the day. You will follow menus, ensure food safety and hygiene, and cater for allergies and dietary needs with care.

Join a friendly team with daytime hours and access to training and support to meet childcare and food safety requirements. WWCC and a Criminal History Check are required or to be obtained as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing meals for children is preferred.
• Knowledge of managing food allergies and dietary requirements.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures related to childcare and food safety.
• Good hygiene, cleanliness and safety practices in the kitchen.
• Willingness to obtain WWCC and Criminal History Check if not current.
