Job summary

Central West Hospital and Health Service seeks a senior leader to drive the development, implementation and evaluation of a new Child Development Service model across the Central West region. You will provide expert clinical leadership, design innovative service models, and lead staff training and education within the Child, Youth and Family service.

You will work across multiple teams to enhance integration, coordinate data collection and reporting, and advance the Putting Queensland Kids First

Qualifications

• Leadership in clinical service design and implementation.
• Education and staff development of clinical teams.
• Promotion of evidence-based practice and research.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of a new Child Development Service model across CWHHS.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to improve service integration for children and families.
• Oversee data collection and reporting processes to monitor outcomes.
