Job summary

Central West Hospital and Health Service seeks a senior leader to drive the development, implementation and evaluation of a new Child Development Service model across the Central West region. You will provide expert clinical leadership, design innovative service models, and lead staff training and education within the Child, Youth and Family service.

You will work across multiple teams to enhance integration, coordinate data collection and reporting, and advance the Putting Queensland Kids First

Provide expert leadership, clinical expertise, and education within CWHHS, including designing innovative clinical service models, delivering and supporting staff training and education, promoting evidence-based practice and research, and overseeing data collection and reporting processes.You will operate within the Child, Youth and Family service while working collaboratively across multiple teams to enhance service integration, coordination, and connectivity to better support children and families. Play a key role in advancing the Putting Queensland Kids First initiatives, driving improved health and wellbeing outcomes for children and families across the region.
