UnitingCare Queensland in Gladstone invites applications for a Child and Family Case Worker within the Intensive Family Support Service. A permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) with a starting remuneration of $53.43 per hour plus Super and NFP Salary Packaging.
You will work with vulnerable families to prevent entry to the child protection system, lead case management, and deliver in-home support and assessments.

The Intensive Family Support Service assists vulnerable families with complex needs who are at risk of entering the child protection system. Our voluntary service supports families in their homes, generally through weekly visits for up to 12 months. This enables us to work collaboratively with families to keep children safe and achieve meaningful family goals.
As a Child and Family Case Worker, you will lead case management with families in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, helping them identify and prioritise their concerns.
