You will shape strategy, drive transformation, and lead a team to identify and address systemic issues across financial services, regulators, and industry bodies.

This hybrid role offers strategic influence, governance oversight, and the opportunity to reduce consumer harm through meaningful industry change.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience managing complex regulatory or financial services functions.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and change programs.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and consumer protection.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with regulators and industry leadership.
• Analytical capability to navigate complex issues.
• Experience leading senior leaders and high-performing teams.

• Develop and implement improvement and transformation initiatives.
