Job summary

Journey Beyond in Australia seeks a General Manager Revenue for the Experiences & Attractions division to lead pricing, forecasting, inventory and reporting across a national portfolio, partnering with sales, marketing, and analytics to maximise revenue and guest experience.

This role requires proven revenue management experience in tourism or hospitality, strong leadership of dispersed teams, and excellent stakeholder engagement and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising pricing through data analysis.
• Strong leadership with experience in dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage revenue strategies across the portfolio.
• Conduct market and financial analyses to identify demand trends and pricing opportunities.
• Establish KPIs, monitor revenue performance, and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and analytics teams on pricing and campaigns.
• Mentor revenue analysts and managers, fostering accountability and growth.
• Oversee inventory management and trading reviews in response to market conditions.
• Leverage RM systems and dashboards to improve pricing, forecasting and reporting.
