Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Imaging Leader to steer the delivery of radiology services at Liverpool Hospital. You will drive service excellence, workforce development and high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires senior clinical leadership with strong data-driven decision making, budget oversight and a focus on safety, accreditation and continuous improvement across Radiology.

Qualifications

• Current National Registration with AHPRA, NSW Radiation Licence and Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Management experience in complaints handling, equipment procurement, safety and quality improvement, and financial control.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medical imaging services at Liverpool Hospital, driving service excellence and workforce development.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team providing high‑quality imaging across Level 1 Trauma and Stroke services.
• Use data, reporting and performance metrics to inform planning and improvements.
