Job summary

DEVOLUTION AVIATION PTY LTD invites applications for a Chief Pilot to lead the flight department in Australia. You will oversee flight operations, crew management, safety compliance, and liaison with regulators, insurers, and airports to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Key requirements include an ATPL with multi-engine command rating, thousands of hours including multi-engine turbine and jet time, a Falcon 900 type rating, and proven experience in aviation leadership and cross-border

Qualifications

ATPL with multi-engine command rating and current validity.
Minimum 5000 total flight hours with 2500 in command on multi-engine turbine.
1500 jet command hours; Falcon 900 type rating preferred.
Experience in flight operations management or supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and international aviation rules.

Responsibilities

Oversee flight operations, crew scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of flight and cabin crews.
Maintain safety management systems and liaise with regulators, insurers, and airports.
Manage department budget including fuel, maintenance, and training.
Prepare operational reports for senior management and ensure documentation current.
