DEVOLUTION AVIATION PTY LTD in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Pilot to assist the Chief Pilot in safe, compliant flight department operations. You will help manage flight crew, scheduling, and liaison with authorities, AOCs, and maintenance teams to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an ATPL with multi-engine command rating, Falcon 900 type rating, and 2000+ hours with significant multi-engine turbine experience.

Competenze

• Valid and current ATPL with multi-engine command instrument rating.
• Minimum 2000 hours total flying time, 500 in command on multi-engine turbine; 500 hours on Falcon 900 preferred.
• Previous experience in flight operations management or supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of CASA or other applicable aviation regulatory frameworks.
• Type Rating on Falcon 900A/B/C/EX/LX.

• Operational Management: schedule aircraft, crew, maintenance; liaise with FBOs and authorities.
• Crew Management: recruit, train, and manage contract flight and cabin crew; ensure rosters and currency.
• Safety & Compliance: act as secondary safety officer; maintain SMS; oversee audits and risk assessments.
• Administrative Duties: prepare operational reports; maintain regulatory docs and manuals; renew registrations.
• Key Relationships: interact with CASA, FBOs, airports, insurers, maintenance providers and clients.
