You’ll operate as a credible market voice, speak at events, and influence product and practice with customers. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on influence across culture, capability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own a strong and coherent People Experience function spanning multiple countries and drivers of performance, engagement, compensation, talent acquisition, and compliance.
• Provide governance and strategic input to leadership on structure, senior hires, and compensation decisions.
• Be a credible market-facing voice, speaking at events and engaging with customers to inform product and practice.
