VUCA is partnering with estara to appoint an accomplished Chief People Officer to shape its people, culture, workforce and organisational capability agenda.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will lead a broad portfolio spanning People & Culture, workforce capability, WHS, Quality and Safeguarding. This is a genuine enterprise leadership role not simply an HR position. The CPO will be a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Team and Board, contributing to strategy, organisational performance, workforce sustainability, culture and transformation.

You will bring:
Experience in disability, health, community services or another complex, regulated environment will be highly regarded.
