Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief People Officer will provide strategic leadership across workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational capability, culture, wellbeing and employment governance.
This is a genuine executive leadership role with influence extending beyond the traditional People & Culture function. Working alongside the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer, the CPO will ensure workforce strategy is aligned with operational priorities, organisational growth and future service delivery requirements.
As a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, the CPO will contribute to organisational strategy, performance, workforce sustainability, leadership excellence and organisational effectiveness. The role will combine strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that people, systems and culture remain aligned with both current priorities and future opportunities.
