Social Traders is Australia’s industry body for social enterprise and social performance. We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to translate strategy into action by leading people, systems and priorities to drive organisational performance.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee service delivery, customer relationships, digital platforms and data, and contribute to Board reporting. You may act as CEO when required and participate in strategic decisions with the leadership team.

• Lead operational delivery across service delivery, customer relationships, and digital platforms.
• Oversee systems, processes and data to drive organisational performance.
• Support external engagement and strategic decision-making with the CEO & CFO.
