Dean & Ling Executive seeks a seasoned General Counsel to lead and evolve the global legal function within a growing energy business. You will report to the Founder and shape strategy at a pivotal growth stage, providing pragmatic legal guidance across contracts, governance and regulatory matters.

This is a broad, hands-on role requiring an admitted Australian practitioner with 10+ years’ experience in corporate, commercial or energy settings and a proven ability to build scalable legal systems

• Admitted Australian legal practitioner with 10+ years’ experience across corporate, commercial, litigation, energy or in-house legal roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve the legal function with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
• Provide commercially pragmatic legal advice across contracts, governance and regulatory matters.
• Shape strategy and risk management in collaboration with the Founder and leadership team.
• Build and scale legal processes and systems to support fast growth across markets.
