• Demonstrated success leading organisation-wide First Nations strategies, initiatives or transformation programs.
• Established cultural authority, credibility and deep understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
• Strong capability in building collaborative relationships across senior leaders, operational teams and First Nations communities.
• Experience navigating complex or highly regulated environments to progress strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated people leadership that supports culturally safe practice and develops capability in others.
