Job summary

Yalari Limited is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the Leadership Team and steward financial sustainability and governance across the organisation. You will guide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and investments, while leading a small Finance and Governance team.

The role supports Yalari's mission with integrity, care and long-term sustainability, reporting to the Managing Director and Board.

Qualifications

• CPA or Chartered Accountant with a relevant degree.
• Significant experience in financial leadership and organisational stewardship.
• Strong governance, compliance and Board reporting experience.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical insights and advice.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our Leadership Team and help steward Yalari's financial sustainability and governance as we continue to grow our impact. The role also serves as Company Secretary and works closely with the Managing Director, Board and leadership team.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced financial leader who values purpose as much as performance.

You will provide strategic financial leadership across Yalari and its associated entities, ensuring strong financial management, effective governance and informed decision-making. You will guide Yalari's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & investments, while leading a small Finance and Governance team.

Most importantly, you will play a key role in supporting Yalari's mission and ensuring our resources are managed with care, integrity and long-term sustainability.

About You

You are a collaborative and values-led leader who enjoys partnering with others to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will bring:

CPA or Chartered Accountant, with a relevant degree

Strong governance, compliance and Board reporting experience.
