• Experience leading data science, ML, or analytics functions at scale.
• Executive partner to C-suite and senior leadership, driving strategic data investments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver across multi‑location teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate company objectives into strategic analytics and AI sub‑objectives.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists, analytics engineers and ML engineers, scaling from ~12 to ~30.
• Design team structures across locations and time zones to sustain throughput.
• Own AI governance, data quality, and experimentation integrity across the portfolio.
