Freedom is seeking a commercially minded General Manager – Customer, Brand & Loyalty to lead our customer growth agenda across Australia and New Zealand. Based in the Support Centre, North Ryde NSW, this senior role will align brand, marketing, loyalty, CRM, customer insights and digital experiences to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Proven senior leadership in customer, marketing, loyalty or digital functions.
• Experience delivering customer growth in multi-channel retail.
• Experience building brands and loyalty programs.
• Strong customer insight and CRM capability.
• Experience leading transformation and change.

• Develop and execute Freedom's customer growth strategy across acquisition, retention, advocacy and customer lifetime value.
• Lead the customer and marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive brand growth across Australia and New Zealand.

• Own and evolve loyalty and CRM strategy to increase engagement and commercial contribution.
