Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking an Executive General Manager, Commercial to lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the Experiences & Attractions division. • Significant senior commercial leadership experience with accountability for revenue growth.
• Proven success developing and executing commercial strategies in tourism, hospitality, travel or related customer-focused industry.
• Strong experience across sales, marketing, pricing, distribution and customer acquisition.
• Commercial acumen balancing customer, operational and financial outcomes for sustainable growth.
• Outstanding leadership with proactive stakeholder engagement in complex or matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the divisional commercial strategy for Experiences & Attractions, driving revenue growth, market share expansion and commercial performance.
• Oversee pricing, yield and revenue optimization initiatives to maximise profitability, drive sustainable growth and ensure long-term commercial returns.
• Develop commercial plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, that align with enterprise priorities and meet customer needs.
• Identify new opportunities that strengthen customer relationships, increase market share and grow customer demand ensuring our commercial strategies are operationally sound and financially viable.
• Lead and develop the capabilities of our high-performing sales, marketing and commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
