Job summary

Paramount Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Head of Commercial Innovation to drive the streaming innovation strategy and roadmap for the ANZ market. You will bridge Paramount's global capabilities with local needs, shaping advertising innovation that boosts revenue and growth.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define strategic directions, govern commercial initiatives, and foster a culture of curiosity and rapid delivery in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech or commercial strategy within media/advertising.
• Deep understanding of digital media, programmatic and streaming landscapes including ad tech vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Digital Innovation Strategy and Roadmap for Paramount ANZ, with KPI tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives and growth programs in advertising.
• Oversee commercial adoption of innovation solutions and measure business impact.
