Inter Industrial is seeking a Production Operator with forklift experience for a chemical manufacturing site in Preston, Melbourne. This hands-on role requires batching, mixing and forklift operation, with strict adherence to safety and batch-record procedures.

Shifts start at 8:00am or 10:00am, Monday–Friday, with starting pay rate of AUD $37+ per hour. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and a current LF forklift license.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching, mixing, or machine operation in manufacturing.
• Comfortable handling chemicals and following strict safety guidelines.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Batch preparation, mixing and blending of products.
• Forklift operation.
• Update batch records and documentation.
• Operate and monitor mixing and batching equipment.
• Handle and measure chemicals per safety procedures.
• General cleaning and housekeeping of production areas.
• Complete basic quality checks and production documentation.
