Job summary

B&R Recruitment Group represents a client seeking a Production Operator / Forklift Driver for chemical manufacturing. The role blends hands-on production with forklift operation in a busy plant environment.

Responsibilities include mixing chemical blends, filling IBCs and containers, pumping chemicals, and handling raw materials while maintaining safety and accurate paperwork. Monday to Friday day shift; Australian permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience.
• Current Australian LF forklift licence.
• Experience with chemicals in an industrial setting is desirable.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Mix chemical blends to specified concentrations.
• Fill IBCs and containers from 5 L to 1,000 L.
• Pump chemicals into bulk-tanker trucks and packages.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and load/unload.
• Handle raw materials and assist with production duties.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Follow all safety procedures.
